Another highlight of training at @cumedicalschool.bsky.social! Many Interns arrive with no previous income, but large moving expenses (usually as credit card debt, short-term loans, etc.). From New Orleans to DC. This time to present our (very) early work on a multi source dashboard for residents, fellows and programs. Residents come with and make even more data, how do they see it and focus their education? How do programs know what effect they’re really having on their learners?

Day 5/6 of laying out the mission. How do you ensure excellence? You expose residents and fellows to all the great things they can do as physician leaders, help them find their passion, then work with them to make it possible. Get those elements right and it won’t even take ‘striving’, tbh.
