White men facing consequences for their actions isn't purity testing when everyone else faces consequences for crimes they're not even committing.

We're asked to forgive so many people who haven't even attempted to atone (cough cough) that we often don't even get to the next part: Even if you atone and even if you are forgiven, that doesn't mean you're going to be considered trustworthy, especially not in specific areas.

On Bluesky, when I angrily and randomly denounced a Black journalist and became irate defending a candidate's totenkopf tattoo, they mocked me. That's why Bluesky is poisonous to the Democratic party.
