Also, a new fursona design! I've been dithering on the colors for this one for like three months and after all that I settled on something that's basically identical to the old color scheme I had years ago

The PS5 basically exists as a Youtube box for my livingroom TV and occasionally a means of playing games that have really terrible PC ports

Charlotte as a human is looking at her vaccination bandage for COVID, and suddenly she starts to turn into a skunk lady. She looks down at herself as someone from off-page says "hey, did you know that the Moderna vaccine was developed by a furry?" and she replies with "yeah, I... kinda figured that."

Charlotte's chest swells up to the size of basketballs over three stages, and she looks nonplussed as she's cradling them at the end, as the same speaker says "... and that Dolly Parton helped to fund its research and development?" Her response is "yep, figured that too."

Apparently that video did significant damage; he sold his absurd house last year and vanished from the internet, having only recently surfaced in televised backgammon events under the pseudonym 'Sammy Salazar'; he got caught out because the events kept printing his wallet name on the match cards

Watching about 20 minutes of play will give you a pretty good idea if it's for you or not, it's a game with very clear design intentions!

Sekiro's even less of a soulslike than Lies is; it's closer to character action, with a few play mechanics like stagger and perfect parries borrowed from From's deeper catalogue. Think a more staid Ninja Gaiden with a greater emphasis on the feel of believable swordfighting.

I think it has the strongest kinesthetics and world design of amy one of these; its difficulty is high in a way you can't grind avatar power over but I never felt like it was unfair, just asking a lot

There was a good, useful way to roll this out in every industry but we moved right past it into the most wasteful, useless and evil interpretation because finance guys saw massive savings in a nonexistent workforce

I’d have given a lot for an internal tool in Clip Studio where I can type a pose prompt in and have it give me something resembling that with its internal 3D pose doll tool; that’s lightweight and actually useful but instead we jumped right to ‘it makes you a picture that looks like a ransom note’

It’s so frustrating because I could see incredible potential in all of the avenues of AI tech to assist creatives when it was young but it all got blown on wasteful, useless cart-before-horse garbage that destroyed careers and also destroyed the medium they were meant for at the same time

It’s fine! Every childhood’s got its share of trauma points and we all have to find different ways of dealing with them as we move past those points!
