I'm on my eighth 'novel' (unpublished). I work a day job. Have had lots of health issues the past two years, it has been a huge struggle to have time or energy. Trying to be so proud of what we've accomplished anyway.

True. And there's a fine line as well in midsize for getting too wide of experience imho - general domain knowhow is good, but sometimes you get stuck in a role where your day to day doesn't let you gain mastery over anything, and mastery and depth become an off-hours task. It's a balance.

It's an #a11y problem. So, so genuinely.

Source: Have autism, UI changes genuinely make me throw up. It's asinine to me that people believe it's "just a UI change", there is a whole SUITE of people with disability for whom it is a huge, world-shaking problem, who will do anything they can to UNdo it OR to no longer use your product.

I have no audience on here so I'm speaking to an empty room, but my SINCEREST belief in technology that forcing arbitrary UI changes are a major, massive *accessibility* concern and need to be treated as such. Not having a revert option means you are not a11y-approved. Full stop.
