This was good to read. With my husband, we've been focusing on Gut Health for his CFS. Adding a few different supplements and maintaining a strict diet has kept him stable, but no remission yet.

I didn't lie for the longest time. In my child brain, I knew lying was bad. My Dad, a police officer, took bad people to jail. So I didn't lie, so Dad didn't take me to jail.
