A night of very little to no sleep turned into a very low-activity day, mostly just resting through the day. Didn't even get to enjoy the sun on a February day in Michigan. Instead, he lies on the sofa covered with his preferred blanket after having his body go into cold sweats while lying down. 🧵

1 of the hard things is how quickly a #chronicillness can turn. #Me/CFS sends someone into a crash/PEM with little warning. On the sofa resting with your eyes closed, but moments later heart is racing like you just finished a sprint & sweating. This was my night watching my husband crash. 🧵

I always refer to these as the Bluebirds of Happiness. 😆
