No way, we rarely ride A roads after our A44 experience earlier this year.

Ah gravel chip, there’s a ton of it around Maenclochog at the moment. Agree that it’s dangerous, we had to divert several times last week. Lovely video, that cycle path looks great.

Excellent, great with Garmin too. We’re Apple Watch users but we tend to both go on different networks so we can tether off each other when one drops out. Johnstown though, no hope for any of there 😂

I say this but after my first cup of tea I was able to get a full sit-up without legs raising off the ground as normal so hell knows what that was about. Agree that gym is boring, we tend to do weights at home. Bouldering looks fun and lots of scope for that around here. Climbing rocks?

Finding the balance between weight training and riding is tough at this time of year. We’re riding pretty much every day & faster than ever before, but I’ve lost some core strength from where I was in the winter as you want to be out, not in.
