I am often challenged to provide an example of a vaccine that could not have been developed without doing gain-of-function virology research.

Thanks to HHS Secretary Kennedy and former BiosafetyNow! board member/NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya, I now have an answer:

Modeling Reemergence of Vaccine-Eliminated Infectious Diseases Under Declining Vaccination in the US This study estimates the number of cases and complications in the US under scenarios of declining childhood vaccination for measles, rubella, poliomyelitis, and diphtheria.

Alarming new study in JAMA modeling measles in the US:

If we stay at CURRENT vaccination rates, measles will become endemic again over roughly 20 years.

If rates drop by even 10 percent (and they're sliding), there would be 11 MILLION cases over the next 25 years. jamanetwork.com/journals/jam...

Putting the Arctic Ocean closer to the center, this brings the Greenland Canada gambit into focus. It is a grab for power, money, water, and resources, also giving the US complete control over the Northwest Passage. Fentanyl and the border are a smokescreen for a much bigger project: theft.

He is holding a bottle labeled "Untaxed Whiskey, 20Β’ Gal." in one hand and a piece of cloth labeled "War-Taxed Common Cloth, Tariff 84%" in the other. Above the counter, a sign reads, "If you don’t see what you want, ask for it." The cartoon, signed by W.A. In 1890, the Tariff Act came into place in the United States. It placed tariffs on imports of up to 50%.
While touted as a way to build American industry, there was also the hope it would force an annexation of Canada. It backfired.
Let's learn more.

The H5N1 virus detected in US cattle & a human case in Wyoming now carry the D701N & E672K mutations both known to help the virus adapt better to humans.

These genetic changes raise serious concerns about increased transmission, making it easier for the virus to spread among mammals, including humans.

With H5N1 continuing to evolve, the risk of a wider outbreak is growing.

Bird flu is becoming a serious public health threat.

Okay, so.

I don’t know how much of a heads up this is when it’s just a notice about these 2 mutations. Do they really raise serious concerns about β€œincreased transmission?”

Sort of. It’s more complex than D701N & E626K, omg pandemic bird flu.

What do these mutations do in H5N1?
