We haven’t had one. Much like we don’t have an official religion (despite being hailed as a Christian nation) as a way to emphasize that we have Freedom of Religion, our lack of an official language has been a quiet acknowledgment that we are a country of immigrants.

I was just having trouble figuring that out, too. This initial flyer I saw has taken some interpreting, but I think, for DC, we gather at noon at the Lincoln Memorial (likely due to the SofTU Address being at the Capitol that night). See you there!
