This man is seriously one of the biggest disappointments in recent history. He had a LOT of people fooled.

*cop. I don't even know how I managed to typo that into "cap". le sigh.

Agreed that the cap who is a vampire can't enter with a warrant. But even if their partner gets in, I think the vampire still has to stay out. I don't think police officer entering pursuant to a warrant rises to the level of resident or guest for the purpose of inviting vampires into the home.
