Any sort of Reduction In Force to NOAA and NWS, *which is already dealing with short staffing to begin with*, would be absolutely crippling. NOAA and the NWS are vital, full stop.
I do not care if I sound like a broken record with this. We should not have to beg for essential services to survive.
