Great troubleshooting already. I agree with memory test suggestions. Disk testing might be good; at least do a SMART check (e.g., with CrystalDiskInfo). Could also be a power issue if manufacturers canโt find the problem? Sometimes bad power/grounding from the wall causes weird problems. Good luck ๐ค
