Kaska Yawo, ACE's Executive Director and Co-Founder, stood as one of the recipients of an award from the Courage to Dream: Kingdom Voice & Music's 3rd Annual Black History Month Celebration. The event highlighted the resilience and contributions of Black and Brown immigrants. 🙌

Zero Robotics is provided through a partnership between the MIT Media Lab’s Space Enabled Research Group, the Innovation Learning Center, the Aerospace Corporation, the ISS National Laboratory, CASIS, NASA, and Aurora Flight Science: a Boeing Company.

We are so proud of the students for their dedication and hard work! A huge thank you to coaches Sam and Kuda! Thank you also to the Innovation Learning Center (ILC) and United Way of Central Massachusetts for making this program possible. 💛⁠

This week, spACE Coders competed at the grand-finale of the ZeroRobotics High School Tournament 2025 at MIT! 💻️ 🛰️⁠

Student participants write code to control NASA's Astrobee satellites aboard the International Space Station. Each year’s game is motivated by a problem of interest to NASA and MIT.⁠

This year, ACE will cheer on nine students graduating from high school! 🎉 All nine plan to continue their education, whether through college or trade school. We want to raise $500 for each student to support their goals and families!

An update on Ayuen 💛

Many of you supported Ayuen after the accident. We are pleased to share that Ayuen is doing well. Ayuen attended therapy three times a week -- she now attends twice a week! She is not back to attending school yet, but her recovery continues to provide hope. 🫶

Congratulations to Quarter 2 Honor Roll Students! 🎉

Last week, we celebrated the Worcester Public School students who made honor roll for Quarter 2! 4 students made first honors and 21 students made second honors.
