It least now that MAGA is what it is we can clearly identify the monsters amongst us. They aren't hiding, they are grouping up.

Emboldened by a leader that celebrates their ignorance and rewards their servitude.

We will need a lot of changes if we want to keep the experiment going. We can't rest in the right against monsters, they are always watching and waiting.

- Them in pictures with victims of things
- Victims saying they did the things
- Them talking about having done the things

I've always been a strong believer that the gov should be something people can trust and rely on because that is its fucking job.

They manage communal resources to ensure that everybody has what they need and protects people from harm.

Those things aren't happening your government has failed

We literally write the rules for our society.

The other side of this is going to need to change the influences on our legislators.

I don't like how our system is set up.

They can literally orchestrate to put anybody they want in positions of power that can vote on these things. These people are not representatives of the populace, they're tailor-made terrorists in suits.

But I'm also the type of person who understands. Sometimes the only way to resolve a situation is to punch the right person in the face until the situation resolves.

I've been in the "punch" camp awhile now.

From what I seen there seems to be multiple gameplay environments.
Looks like you'll have a ship cutaway for rebuilding, a space scene that I'm not sure how the controls are working in for combat, and I think I saw something about away missions as well.

I still haven't played the demo

I'm going to be likely playing it on PC.
But it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun cuz you'll be replaying Voyager stories as well as what-if scenarios for those stories.

I've played a lot of Star Trek games and even the bad ones are fun.

LLMs are why the computers in Star Trek respond so naturally to the crew.

Why they can be vague in their requests, but the computer understands the context of it, because it's reviewing all of its active sensor data and understanding the user request.

Republicans campaign on undoing progress, on undoing social growth, on undoing justice and fairness.

This social development lag behind our technological development is manufactured. The system is outdated and slow, the people are grossly uninformed, and the negative traits of technology are "capitalized" on, rather than mitigated.
