I feel those sorts of legends are fairly common regarding impressive Medieval architectural feats. I remember the cathedral in Metz boasting a legend that the architect bought the plans from the devil and is therefore buried in the wall (I guess the devil could only get him in the ground).

As an AI skeptic, I gave @anthropic.com's "Claude for Education" chatbot a try and was fairly impressed. It held its own on topics I'm deeply familiar with, made few errors (accepting correction when it did), and pointed me to new sources of information. It's probably better than a google search.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Though I must say this "opt-out" thing is a very wide part of the American legal/cultural landscape. I.e. you can get out of military service, jury duty, and, yes, various "sex ed" topics in school, because of your religious or philosophical beliefs.
