Any staff member could become involved in an incident.
A teacher held a child to keep them safe. An investigation followed. Their actions were confirmed as reasonable, proportionate, and in the child’s best interests. 3 key questions were asked about training (pic)

So a child who struggled to focus and had limited interest in learning has a weekly meeting with someone who cares. A few weeks later... he's ready to learn. The learning interventions had very little impact. His confidence and belief in himself was the key. Of course. ☺️
