Spoke too soon... Machine restarted, all previous Jellyfin server settings lost. Recreated it all. No good. Now the service won't run at all, and the error is not the error (because what it says is wrong is not)

Though at some point I'll need to look at setting-up access externally, but that could go very wrong, so I'll save that for another day, when I'm feeling particularly masochistic.

It was a mindfuck (I thought I knew CLIs from Power shell and CMD - this was a while new ballgame), but I got it working in the end. Now to update the IP in the client apps and everyone will be happily streaming perfectly legitimate content again!
