I had never even heard of it until this video.

True… but every DnD character I have ever seen that has an eye patch also has a nasty scar that makes them look cool.

8yo DM: You know, I have never heard of anyone complaining that a character with an eye patch could have just used healing magic to restore their lost eye.

8yo DM: Peg legs and pirate hooks also get ignored.

But that is how you play the long game and make your own dungeon master.

I am the same way. I am completely comfortable making everything up for my own game and even improving the entire thing but I have no abilities to run a prewritten game.

He has a rogue with 8 HP and had once played an AD&D Magic User that had 3 HP and only the sleep spell. He didn’t enjoy the Magic User because he got bored.

This is my favorite inn to drop into a game when the players are looking for a place to sleep for the night. It has plenty of seating and a large bar along with a gathering room on the second floor. Feel free to use this in your own games.

Turns out, Lurtz was a min-maxed Ranger with all sorts of epic feats and a handful of Rogue levels to give him sneak attack damage with his poisoned arrows.

Seriously! Who doesn’t want to play as a dragon? Council of Wyrms is a great setting.
