A few thoughts on yesterday -
Dewsbury Hall was exquisite; looking forward to seeing him linking up with Ndiaye in areas where we can hurt teams.
O'Brien, the pick of a sloppy backline, excellent at times on the right. Looked knackered by the end.
Barry has promise, not sure of enough goals.

I'm back to work tomorrow. Only the signings of Grealish and Dibling can make it bearable.

A player like Grealish, with a point to prove before the world cup, could give us what we need to push on for European places. Which would bring more money than what we spend on his wage. A potential good investment π€π»

First took a walk from town down Regent Road, to the ground, about 3 years ago. To see the transformation now - class! And it's very much in danger of becoming "The Blue Quarter", upon the glorious banks of a Royal Blue Mersey! Every bar, Everton themed.......and a ferry belting out Blue tunes!

Any player we sign either has to be a step up from what they are replacing or young with high potential. He definitely fits the first criteria Woz

Neom is the biggest building project on earth - itβs a bonkers city thatβs being built in a line and going to be 100 miles long across the desert?!?!!. Pouring billions into it so presume itβs part of that.

In a hyper commercialised sports arena I think theyβll use every bit of βreal estateβ for sponsorship so Iβd be surprised if it stays fully blueβ¦

Seen that audio file flying around of an Efc 'House of bamboo'. The fella who sings it is a bit of a character and well known in Liverpool. His stage name is Mick DaCat.

Worthy of note, this will be the FIRST time, the club have been able to test the Wi-Fi with a sell out crowd. Should you locate any spots with network drop out, please flag to ourselves and we will feed that back, so it can be resolved (if at all, it happens - it may not!).

It sound like hyperbole with hindsight, but he genuinely looked unplayable at times. Injuries and their psychological effect scuppered him.

Itβs because he was on the verge of being the best English number 9 after Kane. My lad has an England shirt with his name on it. That Ancelotti season where he fired looked like it was the start of having an international class centre forward. All the negativity is simply distilled disappointment.

DCL seems to stir up some emotions and Iβm not sure where they come from. Heβs been a great servant with a good attitude and bad luck with injuries. Heβs not a badge kisser or chest thumper so hasnβt ever got the crowd fully on board so guess itβs stems from that ?
