Yerp, it's dumb. And it's an issue with multiple printer brands... and 5Ghz WiFi has been a common thing for over a decade now.

Is likely the cheap wifi radio in the printer. If it can only connect to 2.4Ghz, and you 2.4Ghz+5Ghz WiFi with the same network name, you have to temporarily disable the 5Ghz, setup the printer WiFi, then once printer is setup and connected, enable 5Ghz WiFi again.

Self-imposed isolation not necessarily the answer. If you're feeling external pressure from a wider audience, then by all means take a step back, if you need it. But if you're struggling, often having connections helps. It's OK to not have all the answers, and to ask for help.

As a start, when someone genuinely compliments you, consider what they're complimenting you on, and accept it as being honest from their perception. Think about how the aspect they've complimented fits into your values, and allow yourself to take credit for who you strive to be.

I think it would look less like "detaching" yourself from a need of external validation, and building up a sense of self-worth... which is admittedly harder said than done.

Perhaps, to start, learn to take truly accept specific, genuine compliments to heart...
