honest to god the first real painting i ever did was color by numbers that my nana got me for christmas. i also did a lot of like, ~fancy~ coloring books (arthur rackham, hiroshi yoshida, the unicorn tapestries etc) and markered in those gigantic velvet posters haha. it gave me confidence
