Yeah the fact that absolutely everything to do with Vodafone has gone down at the same time and still isn’t back up feels rather sinister. No update from them on socials either.

Oh dear, Vodafone having major issues. WiFi has gone down, as has their website from the looks of things.

Crazy to think that the iPhone 17 was released 4 weeks ago this week, and yet there is still no stock of the base Pro Max model available in the 12 closest Apple Stores to where I live.

And I know some of fans won’t accept criticism, and wouldn’t ever criticise her themselves. But I’m not a hater, far from it. I enjoy her music, the hype she creates, the spaces she creates on tour etc… but this album really isn’t it. It’s disappointing. #TLOAS

Otherwise, for me it’s all a bit meh… a lack of growth and direction. The name of the album and aesthetic don’t sync up or match with the music on the album.

I also think Taylor tries to be too clever with her writing sometimes, to the point I’m like WTF is she even talking about? #TLOAS

If I didn’t know any different I wouldn’t have known Jack Antonoff wasn’t involved with #TLOAS.

There’s some tracks I really like - Cancelled is fantastic. Fate of Ophelia, Wood, Father Figure, and TLOAS ft Sabrina are all great.

Much of #TLOAS sounds like TTPD 2.0 with some extra beats and production on top. Take away the beats and some of these songs could have been on that album.

She had a real opportunity to create not necessarily a 1989 or Rep 2.0 album, but a big pop masterpiece with Max and Shellback.

So… The Life of a Showgirl. High level, I’m disappointed. Part of that is on me. When I saw Max and Shellback were producing, I immediately thought 1989 / Reputation. But I’m also disappointed because it feels like there’s not been any artistic change or growth from Taylor since 2020-ish. #TLOAS

Housemates-wise… Zelah comes across as being really likeable and genuine. Teja could be a really great housemate.

Jenny is clearly great entertainment value, and Elsa could potentially be unintentionally hilarious, but I’ve not made my mind up on her yet.
