Interesting that Nelson has been playing a lot for 15 at Loughborough this season and Evie Wills has played a lot at first receiver for Leicester, could influence how Scotland set up this tournament in attack.

Re the whole Neath saga, there are plenty of people who have better summed up the awful misogyny of it all better than I ever could, but for me it is a telling reminder that we can't let the 2025 WRWC being mainstream to distract from a huge number of issues still facing women in rugby union today!

Good to see For the Love of Rugby have a Red Roses focus with Shaunagh Brown, Maud Muir and Sadia Kabeya, a shame not to see outright Tigers reprentatjon but is worth pointing out FTLOR is not really affiliated to Leicester Tigers

This is a format I am exploring especially with studies being heavy at the moment of short, snappy pods on my own and then doing bigger ones when I can source a guest co-host or an interviewee, really appreciative of all your patience!
