FFXIV Miqo'te OC, Jinhae, holding the sentient severed head of another Miqo'te OC, Xan'a. Xan'a Thum, a miqo'te moon keeper from ffxiv. He has tired eyes with a lazy left one, a scar on his forehead and nose, a warding mark on his forehead and three moles on his face. He has on a whimsical little fit including leather boots with the good heels and neat snake embossing, a little coat and tunic number with the stripes and stitched filligrees, gauntlets with the metal inlays, and of course the gnome hat all done up in red, black, and gold. His staff has a curved axe blade on the end of it and he is looking fabulous~
