a work in progress design for the concept of a hatched pipis creature (deltarune) based on a bluescreening old PC monitor whos touch is toxic to everyone around her so she has to wear a suit covering up everything but her head, which is safe to touch; she is mute and has no face, her body is made entirely out of blue magic with oversized hands.

a wip im gonna redo entirely bc i did it at 3am and art hated me that day so you can consider this a preview, or alpha version or sth 🫠
