As far as we're aware, those are the most recent English dubs of the movies, so yes.

The first three Rebuild installments received brand new dubs when the series came out on Prime Video. Unlike the latest dub of NGE, the main cast from the ADV dub are present in their respective roles.

We've done LUTI twice before and had a rough time, so we decided we'd sign up this year and drop if we hated it. We were a little surprised by the Div 9 placement but resolved to kick butt.

I would recommend checking out the TV special Prison of the Past. It’s good fun, even if it might be a little derivative of the Cagliostro formula. Goemon is also given the most narrative weight out of all the cast members, iirc.
