Journeo at £2.50 is very undemanding. 5x ev/EBITDA is a bit crazy all things considered. UK market is insane, spectra & Ashtead also cheap.

Nice bolt on, more earnings enhancing than it is dilutive so this should be taken well, especially as the acquired business has much higher margins than the group, a mgmt team that makes acquisitions in trough of the cycle is great imo.
