The little Stone church at Moffat, south east Saskatchewan, and the grid road leading to it
Map to Moffat from highway 48 in Sask. The grid road continues north to Woolsey eventually but there is no other markings on the map besides tiny random ponds and lakes and endless prairie.
In Moffat, SK today for the Celebration of Life of Kay Parley. It has to be the most remote location I've ever sold books at!
We were honoured to publish Parley's One Woman's Century, a collection that spans over 80 years of her remarkable life.

Their Water Taps Ran Dry When Meta Built Next Door
Some places will have to start rationing water - to enable AI slop.
"A data center like Metaβs, which was completed last year, typically guzzles around 500,000 gallons of water a day. New data centers [will] require millions of gallons of water a day"

Kitten 1: grey female with oversized ears and a stripey belly. Absolutely no tail.
Kitten 2: all black female with yellow eyes - the only one with a tail!
Kitten 3: male grey tabby, tiger stripes. Still has blue eyes! About an inch of tail.
Kitten 4: male, grey and white tabby. Stump for a tail and always looks worried about something.
Would anyone like to adopt a very literary kitten? (Or four?). Mum is a grey tabby called Poette who we rescued. Turned out she was a Trojan Cat and now we have kittens galore. Dad appears to be a tail-less Manx cat. These goofballs will be ready to leave July 15th! Please msg if interested #yqr

Absolutely no idea if this is your thing, but the Build a Bear in WEM is owned and almost entirely staffed by trans folks. We had a blast creating this unhinged monkey thing named Timmy Toughknuckles.
