Surprise! Waterloo reduced speed limits and drivers actually responded An average reduction of almost five km/h is bigger than expected and shows that drivers see slower traffic as safer, city hall says.

And now the Cambridge and Guelph councils want permission from the Ford govt to clear encampments.
