Luckily a Dremel and a bolt make a pretty good replacement doohickey :)

I assume you mean 0.6ml? 0.6mg is like nothing, but I think 0.6ml is a pretty standard dose depending on the concentration of the e.v. you use.

For ref, my partner uses 0.4ml of 20mg/ml e.v. (so 8mg) 1/week and that works well for her. If you're doing monotherapy tho dosing may be different
