My boards for my indie shit are WAYYY simpler than what I do for work. Honestly the more detailed I get the less fun and more restricting it is to animate later, better the just set the choreo down and work out the details in layout.

Acting takes serious emotional fortitude. When you don’t get a role, there’s rarely feedback you might not have done anything wrong. You’re not bad, something just didn’t fit. Over time the uncertainty and rejection can really chip at you
