Ah, but the directions always miss that one critical step: MUST pay homage to the lab god at the beginning of any shift. Not doing so guarantees said instrument will jam, catch on fire, shoot reagent bottles like a machine gun, or just randomly shut down in the middle of a trauma call. πŸ˜†

Def Shringrix (shingles) if you had chix pox as a child or never had the vaccine. Usu ones - updated covid, flu, Tdap if >10yrs since last one, and Pneumococcal. And any others that might pertain to your work environment/exposure risk!
