Absolute chaos again this morning as Belfast City Council's idiotic traffic plan for the Half Marathon closes BOTH main arterial routes into East Belfast and diverts traffic into Templemore Avenue, from where it has no exit. Heavy lorries trying to reverse the length of the Avenue. Disgraceful.
