1/2When I was 19, I joined the USAF and had the core values ingrained in my being: EXCELLENCE in all we do, INTEGRITY , SERVICE ABOVE SELF. I am 48 and continue to strive to reflect and live those core values. Why should service members have a leader that neither embodies or strives our core values?

This info is interesting. Is it saying that early access was dependent on the CC or the LEA or both (or undetermined)?

Yeah, but under CCAP there is barely a gap which means unequal distribution is happening outside of the school day and non-partnership classes. Could be a variety of reasons, time, access, responsibilities at home, transportation, culture...

What about those that meet the minimum quals as an adjunct for the college? That's what our district is doing with our partner college. Minimum quals is a masters in the subject area like History (v. an M.Ed in Social Studies Ed.) to teach Dual Enrollment History.
