So, spending the afternoon in the pub catching up with people us the only solution.

The crew at Sam's Cafe have been supporting Blood Bikes Wales for many years now, so if you are passing by pop in and have a coffee, a bacon sandwich and say thanks to them for their continued support.

This weekend Blood Bikes Wales braved Storm Amy to pop along to Sam's Cafe to collect the money raised at their recent Blood Bikes Wales charity event.

Sam's Cafe have been hosting an annual event in aid of Blood Bikes for 4 years now,

This year they raised an amazing £760.

The fact that many people can't distinguish between entomology and etymology bugs me in ways I can't put into words.

CQ is a quarterly masonic magazine, which is always full of articles, book reviews, etc. It even has links to the video presentation version of some articles in the magazine.

Every quarter it seems to get bigger and contain more papers and articles.

This weekend was the release of Volume 7 of the Coronatio Quadrans (CQ) Magazine. And it contained a paper written by myself. I have been lucky so far to be included in 4 of the 7 volumes.

Yesterday evening The Chief Adept of the province of Western Counties and North Wales received his Chief Adepts Certificate at the regular meeting of Bishop Wilkins College.

Yesterday evening was the meeting of Clwyd College #SRIA. It was a great meeting to kick off the new masonic season off with. And I still feel full from the meal afterwards.

So the account that has sat unused for well over a decade, and is in itself old enough to buy alcohol in the UK (even in the 21 years old areas) has to prove it is old enough to pass the UK age test.

This morning I received an email from Xbox stating that in compliance for the UK Online Safety Act, I would need to verify my age if I wanted to retain the ability to use the features of my Xbox account.

Today is #NationalBookLoversDay, which is an unofficial holiday observed to encourage bibliophiles to celebrate reading and literature. Or I guess to encourage none-readers to start reading.

So grab a good book, a drink and start reading.

Today is National Blood Bike Awareness Day.

A day to celebrate all of the thousands of volunteers across the country (especially those in Blood Bikes Wales), who give up their time to provide a free service to the NHS, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Bluesky has decided I am an adult. I am not sure I have been called an adult before ;)

It's so hot, we're using umbrellas to keep the bike cool so the seats not to hot to sit on.

Here we see 2 Blood Bikes in one of their natural habitats, outside a pathlab. As long as you don't make any sudden movements you will not spook these magnificent beasts.

I am confused by the government advice over the recent high temperatures.

How can I stay Hydrated if I don't drink Coffee or Alcohol, that takes out everything I drink so how am I supposed to hydrate?
