Started my day reading this "First Person" drivel. Immediately wrote to the CBC to remind them of why they are viewed with utter contempt, even by people who otherwise firmly believe we need a valid national news source. It sure isn't the CBC. Even with new management, they are incorrigible.

Guinan would head for the hills! And, predictably, I am now mentally matching up his caucus with a typical bar scene. Quit when I came to Viersen. Too scary.

A brilliant political move by Carney, and, an opportunity for those with an open mind to learn what the words "constitutional monarchy" mean. Also "Westminster system of government". Also "the King is our Head of State". Lots of civic lessons sorely needed.

Definite"yes" vote here. Focuses the mind and confirms the commitment. Many deviations, from a previous track, which might now be better suited to the candidate, have arisen in this process. IMHO.

Yet I think I remember them interviewing that Andrew Lawton fellow. No surprise. We are awash in cowardice manifested by the abandonment of professional journalism standards, tenets, and principles.

The Globe strikes again, giving a platform to a guy who destroyed a viable company, then bailed and made a fortune from its carcass. A guy emblematic of and almost a walking metaphor for bad business decisions.
