Dear Diary The responsibility for organising this evenings mtg belonged to another. They should have organised this one & last mths, they didn’t. This mtg is now a Christmas tree & they’re currently trying to cover their minimal effort. Yes, they were asked 2-3 times when they were going to do this.

Yep, ”the comparatively small size of high rise apartments (mostly one or two bedrooms)” is a reflection of the investor who builds. The moving parts in such builds confounds the sense.
