If you have 93,000 backlog of complaints it should tell you you need to seriously strengthen and enforce regulations so the airlines can’t rip off consumers constantly. The Transport Ministry needs to do MUCH better for citizens, not lobbyists and airlines. Enough already@governmentofcanada
