2025 Book 13: Through Gates of Garnet and Gold (Wayward Children 11) by Seanan McGuire. Another excellent addition to this series set in a Greek-inspired land of the dead. The descriptions of the protagonist’s need for stillness were especially captivating for me.

That makes sense! Your spine is much more important than any small gain from progressives.

It took me at least a month to get used to my progressives. But I still have some single vision close work glasses because the progressives aren’t great for long stretches of embroidery or reading.
