Whoops. That wasn’t worded clearly. Their customer service on twitter is good. Otherwise, what an awful experience.

The only reason I still have my twitter is because I know xfinity customer service has been really helpful to me. An issue I spent 1.5 hours on the phone trying to fix was done in minutes through there.
