Labour's police cuts have left the Met less visible, less approachable and further away from the communities they serve.

Shutting the doors at many of London's front counters is another blow to London's neighbourhood policing.

Bexley Council leader of 17 years to step down Bexley Council has announced that its leader of 17 years will be stepping down in November. Councillor Teresa O’Neill OBE became Baroness…

Teresa has been a transformational Leader of Bexley Council. Her service and dedication is inspiring; I know she'll continue to be a fierce champion of Bexley in the Lords.

I've enjoyed working with Teresa and wish her well for whatever the future holds.

Local businesses make our high streets unique, are hives of innovation and the create opportunity. When they grow, the economy grows. So it was a pleasure to attend the Grow London Local event in Bromley earlier this month and speak with some of our incredible business owners.

'Seize the moment!' Rachel Reeves urged to back Β£1.7bn DLR extension Pressure grows on Chancellor to help fund new DLR route under the Thames

Extending the DLR to Thamesmead and Belvedere is a no brainer. At the budget in November the Government must give TfL funding to begin this long overdue and vital extension. We cannot have anymore dither and delay.

Sadiq Khan caved into the unions last year. Now they're back for more; meaning more strikes. So, once again it's Londoners who are left paying the price for Labour's failings.

What impact will the Tube strike have on the economy? Businesses affected by the London Underground industrial action speak about the problems they face.

Sadiq Khan has failed on house building, failed to tackle crime, failed to secure funding for new infrastructure and failed to prevent strikes. How much more will Londoners have to pay for Labour's failings.

TfL are burying their heads in the sand over failings with the temporary speed limit on the A20.

The signage used was inadequate, and TfL admit they followed rules for a permanent speed limit.

Recently spoke to the BBC about why I'm calling on the Government to step in.

We all love our holidays and want to do our bit for the planet, so the innovation that comes from airports like Biggin Hill will be critical for making aviation greener.

As Deputy Chair of the @londonassembly.bsky.social

Extending the DLR to Beckton Riverside and Thamesmead Find out about TfL’s consultation on proposals to extend DLR services to Thamesmead

Getting Thamesmead on the rail network is decades overdue, but why stop there! Any DLR extension should go all the way to Belvedere and join up with national rail.

The consultation on a possible extension closes on Sunday. Make sure to have your say πŸ‘‡

Sadiq Khan is pulling the rug from under the feet of the electric vehicles market.

Forcing electric vehicles to pay the congestion charge removes incentives from drivers and businesses from switching to greener vehicles.
