It has been decades since I bought a book that I didn’t first read from the library. And of course, once I read the book, I can recommend it to other folks who may also purchase it.

I am already so tired of AI misinformation. I know this result saying Sovereignty won the Triple Crown is wrong, because I watched all of the Triple Crown races this year. Bet on them too. But what of folks who don't follow racing much? Do they think we had a Triple Crown Winner in 2025?

I have watched the PA Supreme Court on PCNTV, as one does, and I have been impressed by all three of these judges, esp. Christine Donohue (when she puts on those glasses it’s getting serious). Dougherty and Wecht are also really competent, and the three don’t always agree. All seem independent.

Oh, this is the first I'm hearing about this. I've enjoyed so many of his books, starting with Metzger's Dog, which I remember as a fun romp of a caper, through the Jane Whitefield novels and even back to the more violent Butcher's Boy. So sorry to learn that he's gone.

My UPMC doc said insurance doesn't pay if we get vaccines at the doctor's office and referred me to a pharmacy. I got my COVID shot at the end of June at Costco's pharmacy, but it's not listed on the website anymore. Fingers crossed you can still stay safe. Maybe visit Canada?
