At both sites, we now have bitemporal datasets, so our students can investigate the changes compared to last year!

We will soon share data visualizations on both Sketchfab and our potree 3D viewer!

The students learnt how sensors work, gained practical experience in planning and conducting fieldwork, and discovered the great potential of modern 3D sensors.

This week, we had our annual two-day practical field course, which took us to Steinbruch Leferenz (Dossenheim) and a sparse pine forest (Sandhausen), where we did #GNSS surveying, #TerrestrialLaserScanning and #UAVPhotogrammetry!
