The first volume is pretty general; while the second is vegetable in scope.

I highly recommend them. Especially the Thesaurus. They are sorted by specific ingredients and then under each ingredient goes through each combination with the other ingredients covered in the books and explains how each combo works or doesn't work.

Question. Do you own either The Flavor Thesaurus (both volumes), or The Flavor Bible; or both?
