Yeah, heat helps with the curing time. I used to sculpt with epoxies (greenstuff, procreate, etc.) for 28mm wargaming miniatures. A tip I got from an old pro (Jason Wiebe), was that if he didn't have a heat lamp, he would put them in hot water to cure. Good for greenstuff, not MS, though
