On April 23, exactly a month after my 30th birthday, my baby girl passed away. She was old and passed at home. I have had time to process my grief, but FB’s essay format better shows my thoughts.

She was a superhero. She saved me and pushed me along so much. I don’t know what to do now.

The meaning of life is to pursue what makes you want to live.

I lost a sweet friend in late March, one of the gentlest and sweetest people I knew. Her circumstances reminded me a lot of my own at her age.

This year is a year of loss and grief. I can only pray I and my community do not lose more.

The world can be a lot. And it IS a lot. Remember to rest.
