Tank lock-in contracts should be illegal. The companies own your tank, charge you for the privilege of it being on your property, then force you to buy their above market rate propane. They are dirt bags about it when you dare to even ask for repairs on equipment THEY OWN.

Abolish propane service lock-in. After a tank has been in use long enough for the user to have paid for the tank itself, then the user can buy on the open market. Subsequent owners cannot be locked in ever.
