ILJ Network Decries Congress for Passing the Laken Riley Act We stand in solidarity with the immigrants who will be stripped of due process and separated from their families.

The Laken Riley Act mandates the detention and deportation of undocumented immigrants merely accused of theft-related offenses without due process, the right to bail, and with no provision to free them if the charges are later dropped.

Trump’s Day One Executive Orders & Emergency Declaration Are Violent, Racist, and Guarantee Large-Scale Human Rights Violations The Executive Orders not only codify the dehumanization of immigrants, but they also terrorize every facet of their daily lives.
