For those who still don’t know, Graded Exercise Therapy is not recommended and can be harmful for people with ME/CFS.

An absolute menace to the sick or vulnerable.

The idea that ME/CFS must be psychosomatic or de-conditioning because current testing could not identify a mechanism or marker is *precisely the same* reasoning error that leads to conspiracies like anti-vax or Q.

This is complex & I don’t understand it, so it must be this thing I do understand.
