We went to Hollywood the day after the Oscars, & it’s flabbergasting to think what a huge divide there is between the rich & poor. Wherever there was a rubbish bin someone was going through it. Huge levels of poverty

I went there during Covid so no tourists in Hollywood & I was so shocked by the number of homeless people many seemed to have MH issues

I don’t know if you have spatone available but I found that much better than iron tablets, you need to have vitamin c for iron to work so take it with fruit juice. I’m hopeless at taking tablets etc 🤣🙈 iron deficiency will make you bleed more though

Here we would phone the drs & most likely tell the receptionist what’s happening & they would decide or we have a non urgent phone number that gets us through to a dr eventually. I don’t know what systems you have but don’t leave it any longer

Have you been to the drs? I think they can give you something to stop bleeding but you need to get this sorted out asap

I think a lot of case workers have about 300 kids each, it’s managements fault

I settled before tribunal but school used the old one & therapies have also been using an old one. 5 case officers in a year has not helped I imagine

Changing the subject 🤣 I just found out the other day that school have been using an old EHCP for my son who has only managed 2 days the entire term. I feel like I need to do something but paralysed by what 🙈

Strawberries are high salicylates. Lots of people get rashes with strawberries in any case. I think adhd/aud people have more problems with allergies & the older ive got the worse they are

These were old Roman costumes - gladiators etc. probably Egyptian next year 😱. Brownie badges were the only thing I sewed & they were awful

I’m allergic to a lot of stuff & avoid cleaning 🤣 I wish. I try not to use anything with fragrance

I think it’s the exposure to heat. I had allergies for years but mold really set off pressure urticaria & angioendemas & it was frightening, dr said be careful hugging kids in case I’d then get swelling in my throat

My worst allergy is salicylates - perfumes, chemicals & food high in it

I use to get that rash - like hives after a shower. I use to get very painful & frightening pressure urticaria & I have loads of allergies. I found taking a good probiotic really helped me & avoiding allergies that I can - onion & tea for starters. Maybe you need more Jaffa cakes 🤣
