Children in Wales using screens for more than seven hours a day Some children are taking part in a project to share their experiences about online safety.

Luke Rees, Platfform Service Manager for Online Safety Project shared: "We have worked with over 200 young people in schools and communities across Wales. Young people are the experts of their own online experiences. They can share insights into the challenges they face every day when online."

Working in collaboration with the NSPCC Wales, Platfform runs a nationwide youth engagement and amplification project with the aim to discuss online experiences and safety with young people in Wales, in the hopes of influencing decision makers and those responsible for legislating online safety.

Welfare Reform Bill hits people already facing hard times The UK’s Welfare Reform Bill will lead to increased mental health distress, housing issues and loss of life.

When our society’s safety nets get cut, those who are already struggling get hit the hardest. Despite recent softening of proposed welfare cuts, the Welfare Reform Bill still has the potential to cause harm.

These cuts won’t help our collective health, or our nation’s finances.

The majority of people given the diagnosis of 'personality disorder' have experienced trauma. But the diagnosis can stop these stories being heard. Instead, it suggests there is something 'disordered' about someone responding to their own distress.

Within our own housing and homelessness services, we have seen the importance of a safe home for good mental health.
